Thrifty Car Rental allows you the flexibility to explore some of Fiji's stunning locations at your own pace. Perhaps take a trip north along the spectacular Sun Coast or south along the popular Coral Coast via the Pacific Coast towards Suva. Thrifty offers a great range of vehicles to suit all drivers.
Seaplane Transfer
A seaplane transfer to the Mamanuca and Yasawa Islands is a fast and convenient way of travelling from Nadi Airport and is the ideal option for those arriving in Nadi outside of boat transfer times. Seaplane is also a great way to enjoy magnificent views of the islands. Pacific Island Air offers two types of planes for your convenience.
Domestic Flight Transfer
Offering seamless transfers from Nadi Airport to Savusavu, Taveuni and beyond, guests are collected from their international flight and transferred to the Island Hoppers reception lounge, where you can enjoy a cold drink before being flown to your resort. The planes are air-conditioned, have a cargo area large enough for surfboards, fishing rods and diving gear, and have high-visibility windows so you can enjoy the spectacular views.
Helicopter Transfer
Enjoy the thrill of flying across the shimmering waters of the inner reefs of Fiji, as you arrive at your holiday destination in style. Helicopter transfers provide a fast and convenient way to reach your resort and allow guests to maximise their holiday by cutting down on transport time and avoiding unwanted overnight stays on the mainland.
South Sea Cruises
South Sea Cruises operates transfers to resorts in the Mamanuca Islands from Denarau Marina. Each vessel offers an air-conditioned lounge, outer viewing decks, a fully licensed bar and snacks are also available on board. South Sea Cruises staff will welcome you with a big smile, check your travel documents, and direct you to board your connecting transfer. Transfers depart daily from Denarau.
Malolo Cat
The Malolo Cat provides a high-speed catamaran boat service between Port Denarau Marina and the resorts on Malolo Lailai Island. The Malolo Cat departs Port Denarau Marina four times per day and takes approximately 50 minutes to reach the island. The service also includes a courtesy bus transfer to and from Nadi and Denarau hotels (excluding the 7:30am service). The Malolo Cat departs daily at 7:30am, 10:30am, 2:00pm and 3:30pm.
Sea Fiji Water Taxi
Sea Fiji is based at Port Denarau Marina and operates a 24-hour fast boat transfer service between all Mamanuca Island resorts and Nadi hotels. Yasawa Flyer and Blue Lagoon Cruises connections are also available. Convenient not only for individuals and families, but also for small groups as there are no restrictions on luggage. These vessels are fast, comfortable, purpose-built monohulls with the latest satellite navigation systems. Transfer times are 30 to 80 minutes dependent upon your destination and weather conditions. This 24-hour service means you can maximise island time!
Yasawa Island Transfer
Awesome Adventures Fiji operates a daily service to the Yasawa Islands on board the Yasawa Flyer, travelling as far north as Nacula Island. The 27m fast and comfortable catamaran features two air-conditioned lounges, viewing decks and a fully licensed bar with snacks. Upgrade to the Captain's Lounge and enjoy reserved seating in the upper lounge, complimentary refreshments while on board and a dedicated hostess to look after you throughout your trip. This service departs Port Denarau at 8:30am.
